18+ content publishing rules on Pixlinker
1. Scope of allowed content
1.1. 18+ content in a portfolio means artistic or erotic nudity, in particular visible bare breasts, full bare buttocks, or genitals, provided the publication is legal and compliant with the terms.
1.2. Sensual portraits, lingerie, fashion, beauty, glamour, beach photos, sports photos, or partial nudity without showing the areas listed above are not automatically treated as 18+ content.
1.3. Users must correctly label 18+ content when publishing, and incorrect labeling may result in moderation.
1.4. AI-generated content or content significantly edited with AI may be published only if it is legal, compliant with the terms, and not misleading.
2. Required consents and documents
2.1. Users publishing content involving other people must hold copyrights or a publication license for the material and make sure the publication matches the arrangements with the people shown in the photos.
2.2. This is especially important for sensitive, commercial, 18+, or image-affecting content.
2.3. The operator may request proof of adulthood, a model release, or another document confirming rights and legal publication.
3. Strictly prohibited content
3.1. Pornography, sexual content involving violence, exploitation, humiliation, or any other illegal content is prohibited.
3.2. Content sexualizing minors is prohibited. This also applies to stylized, synthetic, or computer-generated content if it shows or suggests a minor in a sexual context.
3.3. Impersonating a real person or publishing realistic intimate content with their likeness without consent is prohibited, including material generated by computer or AI.
3.4. Content that infringes copyright, image rights, privacy, reputation, or any other third-party rights is prohibited.
3.5. Synthetic materials, meaning content created by computer or AI, must not suggest a real person participated in an intimate situation without that person's consent.
3.6. AI content of an 18+ nature must be labeled as 18+ and may require an additional label as digital, synthetic, or AI-generated content.
4. 18+ labeling and moderation
4.1. Marking content as 18+ does not legalize content that violates the law, these terms, or portfolio rules.
4.2. AI-assisted moderation may reduce visibility, add extra labeling, temporarily hide material, or send it for manual review.
4.3. The operator may hide, remove, or route 18+ content to manual moderation despite correct labeling if it violates law, user safety, or platform standards.
4.4. The operator may require additional labeling of content as AI, digital, or synthetic where this is needed for safety, transparency, or correct content classification.
5. User responsibility
5.1. Users bear full responsibility for publication legality, held rights, consents, and truthful labeling.
5.2. In case of violations, the operator may apply moderation measures to content and account, including visibility limits, feature blocking, manual review, or account removal.
